What is an Oxymel?
A syrup of honey and vinegar infused with botanicals, oxymels have been used as medicine and healthful condiment since antiquity: The name oxymel comes from the Greek words "oxys" (acid) and "meli" (honey).
Flavor with Benefits!
This balanced tonic is bittersweet, tart, and herbaceous. Motherwort offers grounding mood support, calming the mind and bringing you back into your body. Great as a happy hour soother.
How to enjoy:
1-2 tablespoons straight or with still or sparkling water, or in your favorite cocktail/mocktail or salad dressing.
