Dayfellow is a companion for the waking hours, for the work that asks for presence, the afternoon that deserves one clear thought at a time. Tulsi and lemon verbena bring a grounded alertness and a bright, fruity lift. Lemon balm and rose soften the edges; rosemary and orange peel invigorate.
Delicious hot or iced, and lovely mid-morning or in the slow hours after lunch. A gentle pick-me-up any time of day. Naturally caffeine-free.
To Brew:
Steep 2-3 tsp in 8oz freshly boiled water for 5-10 mins. Add more herbs or steep longer for a stronger cup.

What is a Shrub?
A sweet and tart vinegar-based syrup infused with fruit and often botanicals. In colonial times, these "drinking vinegars" were a popular way to enjoy fruit all season long. The name originally comes from the Arabic word "sharab", meaning drink.
Flavor profile:
Handpicked local apples blend with heady cardamom, warming spices, and a kiss of bright citrus in this aromatic, cider-like shrub. Complex, festive, and seasonal. Drink and be merry!
How to enjoy:
Add an ounce or so to a glass and top off with sparkling water, add to your favorite cocktail/ mocktail, use in salad dressings and marinades, or drizzle over desserts.
